    The Japanese lifting massage is also known as \u00abKOBIDO\u00bb as it involves lifting the face with manual techniques. This massage is an ancestral Japanese art that offers various manoeuvres on the bust, neck, and face. It is divided into 3 parts: the first part aims to relax and loosen muscle tissues, the second part aims to improve skin hydration and suppleness, and the third and final part works on the face's meridians, an acupressure technique originating from traditional Chinese medicine that helps release tension and improve blood circulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Japanese lifting massage is known for its natural anti-ageing effect, thanks to different manual techniques performed during the session. It can significantly reduce wrinkles if this massage is offered as a course of several sessions. In addition to its anti-ageing effect, it stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps to eliminate toxins. It is also known for its effectiveness in re-oxygenating the skin, toning muscles, improving skin laxity, elasticity and sagging. This massage also provides a lot of relaxation and well-being; it is a pure moment of relaxation and release for the body and mind.<\/p>\n\n\n

          Facial and d\u00e9colletage massage is a series of manual techniques performed on the face and d\u00e9colletage for relaxation and to improve the skin's appearance. Legal definition of a comfort aesthetic massage without medical purpose according to the law of 23 July 2010, Article 48 of Law No. 2010-853: \u00abMassage is understood to mean any superficial external manoeuvre performed on the skin of the face and human body, for an exclusively aesthetic and comfort purpose, excluding any medical or therapeutic purpose. This manoeuvre may be either manual, possibly to ensure the penetration of a cosmetic product, or facilitated by a device for aesthetic purposes.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Since the law of 29 June 2021, the term \u00abmassage\u00bb has finally been authorised for wellness practitioners and beauticians. A massage is personalised according to the beautician's technique, and it is important to always remember that a massage should be methodical and ascending: you progress gradually from the lower d\u00e9colletage to the upper forehead. It should be slow and gentle during effleurage and stimulating during active manipulations.<\/p>\n\n\n

                • I recommend that you exfoliate and use a face mask once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells, hydrate your skin, and generally care for your face.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  • It is important for your client to know that she should remove her makeup every evening to let her skin breathe and ideally use a toner to complete the cleansing process, as well as a night cream to provide hydration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • The toner, serum, and day and eye creams must be repeated in the morning before applying makeup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • It is recommended to use a serum treatment one to two times a year. This will replenish the skin's deficiencies. A serum is more concentrated than a daily cream, but should never be applied alone; it is ideal to use before your day or night cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        • After the treatment, nothing should be applied to the skin for 24 hours (no creams, no serums...). If any thread residue remains, it will be removed during your face wash the following day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

                          \u2013 You can form partnerships with works councils of companies within your sector (example: 5 or 10% off for all their employees; this helps you get discovered)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \u2013 Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) These platforms are very important today; you need to post content several times a week (before\/after photos, videos, a look into your workspace, the atmosphere of your treatment room, your prices, last-minute availability, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \u2013 Post your photo edits with the price on the sales groups in your area<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \u2013 Be mindful that your prices reflect your sector\u2019s market rates (not too low, as you need to be profitable, nor too high as this could drive clients away, especially at the start. As you gain experience, your prices should increase; quality work has its price).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \u2013 Create an identity for yourself, always use the same colours for your posts, your photo edits\u2026 It's essential that if someone sees one of your posts, they immediately know it's you just from the style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \u2013 Your publications should be clear and not too busy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \u2013 Create a Google Business account and ask your customers for reviews to reassure potential clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          Online appointment booking. In this day and age, clients don\u2019t have much time, so in the evening, just before bed, they\u2019ll realise they\u2019ve forgotten to call you to book their appointment. With online booking, your schedule will fill up more easily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
