Progressively, you will master fluid, rhythmic, and enveloping movements. Furthermore, you will understand the importance of rhythm, breathing, and intention in each manoeuvre.
This massage is distinguished by its personalised approach. Indeed, it adapts to the energetic needs of each person. Through this training, you will learn to adjust pressure and speed in order to offer a treatment that is both relaxing and revitalising.
What you will learn
First, you will discover the basics of Ayurveda and the principles of Ayurvedic massage. Next, you will practice specific manual techniques: deep stroking, kneading, gliding pressure, and rhythmic movements. These gestures promote circulation, release tension, and stimulate vital energy.
Furthermore, you will learn how to correctly install the client, adopt a comfortable posture, and structure a fluid session. You will also see how to use suitable oils to enhance the benefits of the treatment and the sensory experience.
Finally, the training covers the professional aspect. You will learn how to present Ayurvedic massage and easily integrate it into your treatment menu.
