Professionals will be able to perform lymphatic drainage massage treatments to promote circulation and toxin elimination, as well as body contouring massages aimed at improving the aesthetic appearance of the silhouette, using manual techniques (gentle pressures, skin rolling, kneading) and dedicated equipment (wellness cups, wooden tools).
This training course integrates contemporary issues in the sector: accessibility and adaptation for people with disabilities, ecological transition through the use of eco-responsible products and equipment, and practitioner health prevention through the adoption of ergonomic postures.

Skills targeted by the training course:
• Welcome the customer in an institute or spa in order to identify their specific needs regarding lymphatic drainage and reshaping by conducting a personalised consultation, obtaining their informed consent after presenting contraindications, and adapting the protocol for people with disabilities to design a personalised and safe service
• Prepare the workspace and the necessary equipment (massage table, linens, oils, cups, wooden utensils) to guarantee optimal conditions for service delivery, respecting hygiene and disinfection protocols, ergonomic principles to prevent musculoskeletal disorders, and prioritising the use of eco-responsible products and equipment.
• Perform manual lymphatic drainage manoeuvres over the entire body (front and back) to promote lymphatic circulation and toxin elimination by applying specific technical movements (gentle pressures, circular motions), adopting ergonomic working postures, and adapting positions for individuals with disabilities if necessary
• Perform body remodelling procedures manual and equipment-based techniques (wellness suction cups, wooden utensils) on targeted areas (legs, abdomen, arms) to improve the aesthetic appearance of the silhouette, using the "palpate-and-roll", kneading, and friction techniques, whilst ensuring appropriate working gestures and postures to limit muscular fatigue and respecting rules of hygiene and equipment disinfection.
• Adapt massage techniques from drainage and remodelling in real-time to optimise comfort and efficiency of the treatment, by observing the client's verbal and non-verbal signals and adjusting pressure, rhythm, areas worked, and tools used according to their morphology and reactions
• Deliver personalised advice Post-treatment follow-up with the client to prolong the effects of the massage and encourage loyalty by offering recommendations on lifestyle, eco-friendly products, and the frequency of sessions tailored to their needs, all while gathering their feedback to improve your practices.
