The object and scope

Any registration for a training session or order for training implies, on the part of the future trainee and their institution, unreserved acceptance and full adherence to these general terms and conditions of registration and the establishment of the training agreement, which take precedence over any other document from the buyer and in particular over any general terms and conditions of purchase.

 

Enrolling in an internship

Please do not hesitate to book a place on a course by phone, should you wish to do so. Subsequently, please confirm your registration by sending us a registration form by email. Registration will only be effective upon receipt of the duly completed registration form and after we have verified that the trainee is part of the target audience and meets any prerequisites.

 

The training agreement

A training agreement is established with the intern's employer or directly with the participant. It will be sent to you, in duplicate, to the employer no later than one week before the start of the internship. One signed copy must be returned to us before the start of the training.

 

The summons

No later than 1 week before the start of the internship, a summons, made out in the trainee's name, shall be sent to them. This The convocation specifies the exact location of the internship, as well as the start and end times. It also includes the internship programme, necessary practical information (work attire, etc.), and a list 

possible accommodation, a map, and a positioning questionnaire to assess the future trainee's existing knowledge and needs, which must be returned to us before the start of the training.

 

Accommodation and catering

We do not handle accommodation bookings. For catering, you have access to a fridge and microwave on-site. A bakery and chip shop are located a 2-minute walk from the training venue. 

 

Data Protection Policy

The personal data collected by the INFINI BEAUTE centre is processed to manage training sessions. It will not be disclosed to third parties. The email address may be used for communication or information dissemination purposes. Intellectual property and retention of title clause

The documents created by the training organisation «INFINI BEAUTE» for the client and arising from the training contract remain the training provider's ownership until full payment of all invoices due by the client under the training agreement. Consequently, any use of the documents by the client before full payment is prohibited. The materials, whatever they may be, belong strictly to the training provider «INFINI BEAUTE» and are protected by Intellectual Property Code provisions. The client undertakes not to reproduce, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, adapt, modify, translate, display, market or distribute to members of their staff not participating in the training courses of the training organisation «INFINI BEAUTE» or to third parties the said materials without the prior written agreement of the training organisation. 

 

Training delivery

From the start of the training, you will be welcomed by the trainer Mrs Jennifer TAUVRY or one of her colleagues. Daily schedules are set collaboratively with each group, so that any transport constraints are taken into account as best as possible. Documentary teaching support is given to each trainee. Also included in this document are the “Internship Regulations” and a “Satisfaction Form” which allows each trainee to express what they have learned and satisfaction of the trainees. These forms are completed at the end of each training session and given to the trainers. They are then very carefully analysed by the trainers, thus enabling the continuous improvement of the quality of our training courses. At the end of each module, Ms JENNIFER TAUVRY will issue a certificate of completion to each trainee, based particularly on the feedback regarding the assessment of learning. Evaluation – At the end of the training, a suitable system, consisting of a multiple-choice questionnaire and a practical test, allows trainees and the trainer to assess the level of learning acquired. participants in relation to the competency objectives.

 

Invoicing and Payment

An invoice is issued by the training organisation «INFINI BEAUTÉ» for each service provided to the client at the end of the training. Invoices can be paid by cheque or cash at the centre, or by bank card on our website. Invoices must be paid upon receipt. Non-payment or late payment for a service will result in the immediate suspension of support from the consultant and the training organisation «INFINI BEAUTÉ», until the situation is regularised by the client. The client undertakes to notify the training organisation «INFINI BEAUTÉ» of any delegation to an OPCO, FAF or other funding bodies (POLE EMPLOI / CPF / etc...) no later than before the start of the training session. Otherwise, the training organisation «INFINI BEAUTÉ» reserves the right to charge the client directly for the training service due.

 

Cancellation and postponement conditions

The deferral conditions are as follows: 

– In the event of force majeure, the training will be postponed in its entirety (hospitalisation, bereavement, etc.)

In case of force majeure, we agree to postpone one day per 35-hour period. 

 

Cancellation terms: 

– Should the training be cancelled on your or our initiative, only the part of the training that has been completed will be invoiced, and any excess payments will be refunded, unless the uncompleted part of the placement is rescheduled for a later date with the agreement of the relevant institutions and trainees.

 

Information technology and civil liberties – Collection of personal data

The personal information collected during and for the needs of the contract are recorded in a computerised file by the training organisation « INFINI BEAUTÉ » and are only used within the professional framework of the operations and services offered by the training organisation « INFINI BEAUTÉ » to the customer. They are kept at least for the duration of the contract and/or for the duration provided for by the regulations in force according to the obligations applicable to the training body « INFINI BEAUTÉ » and are intended solely for the employees, collaborators and subcontractors of « INFINI BEAUTÉ » concerned for the processing of these data with a view to the proper execution of the said Contract.
