The object and scope

Any registration for a training session or training order implies, on the part of the future intern and their institution, unreserved acceptance and full adherence to these general conditions of registration and the establishment of the training agreement, which take precedence over any other document from the buyer and in particular over any general conditions of purchase.

 

Registration for an internship

Feel free to book a spot in a training course by phone if you wish. Afterwards, please confirm your registration by sending us a registration form by email. Registration will only be effective upon receipt of the duly completed registration form and after we have verified that the trainee is indeed part of the target audience and meets any prerequisites.

 

The training agreement

A training agreement is established with the employer of each intern or directly with the participant. It will be sent to you, in duplicate, to the employer no later than 1 week before the start of the internship. A signed copy must be returned to us before the start of the training.

 

The summons

No later than one week before the start of the internship, a summons, drawn up in the trainee's name, is sent to them. This Convocation, give the exact location of the internship, as well as the start and end times. It will also include the internship program, necessary practical information (work attire, etc.), a list 

possible accommodation options, directions, and a positioning questionnaire to assess the future trainee's existing knowledge and needs, which must be returned to us before the start of the training.

 

Lodging and catering

We do not handle accommodation bookings. For dining, you have access to a refrigerator and microwave on-site. A bakery and fry shop are located a 2-minute walk from the training venue. 

 

Data Protection Policy

The personal data collected by the INFINI BEAUTE center is processed to manage training sessions. It will not be transferred to third parties. The email address may be used for communication or information dissemination purposes. Intellectual property and retention of title clause

The documents created by the training organization «INFINI BEAUTE» for the client and arising from the training contract remain the property of the training organization until full payment of all invoices due by the client under the training agreement. Consequently, any use of the documents by the client before full payment is prohibited. The materials, whatever they may be, are strictly personal to the training organization «INFINI BEAUTE» and are protected by Intellectual Property Code provisions. The client undertakes not to reproduce, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, adapt, modify, translate, represent, market, or distribute the said materials to personnel not participating in training sessions organized by the training organization «INFINI BEAUTE,» or to third parties, without prior written agreement from the training organization. 

 

The training process

From the start of the training, you will be welcomed by the trainer, Ms. Jennifer TAUVRY, or one of her colleagues. Daily schedules are set collectively with each group, in order to best accommodate any transportation constraints. Documentary educational materials are given to each trainee. Also included in this document are the “Internship Internal Regulations” and a “Satisfaction Form” which allows each trainee to express their learning and appreciation in terms of internship satisfaction. These forms are completed at the end of each training session and given to the trainers. They are then very carefully analyzed by them, thus allowing for continuous improvement in the quality of our training courses. At the end of each module, MS. TAUVRY Jennifer will issue, based in particular on feedback on the assessment of learning, a certificate of completion to each intern. Evaluation – At the end of the training, an adapted system, consisting of a multiple-choice test and a practical exercise, allows interns and the trainer to assess the level of acquired knowledge participants in light of the competence objectives.

 

Billing and Payment

An invoice will be issued by the training organization «INFINI BEAUTÉ» for each performance of services delivered to the client upon completion of the training. Invoices can be paid by check or cash at the center, or by credit card on our website. Payment for invoices is due upon receipt. Failure to pay or late payment for a service will result in the immediate suspension of support by the consultant and the training organization «INFINI BEAUTÉ» until the client regularizes the situation. The client agrees to notify the training organization «INFINI BEAUTÉ» of any delegation to an OPCO, FAF, or other funding bodies (POLE EMPLOI / CPF / etc.) no later than before the start of the training session. Otherwise, the training organization «INFINI BEAUTÉ» reserves the right to invoice the client directly for the training service due.

 

Cancellation and Postponement Conditions

The deferral conditions are as follows: 

– In case of force majeure, the training will be postponed in its entirety (hospitalization, bereavement, etc.).

In case of force majeure, we agree to postpone one day per 35-hour period. 

 

Cancellation conditions: 

– In case of cancellation of the training initiated by you or by us, only the part of the training that has been completed will be invoiced, and any excess payments will be refunded, unless the uncompleted portion of the training is postponed to a later date with the agreement of the institutions and trainees concerned.

 

Data Protection and Civil Liberties – Collection of Personal Data

Personal information collected during and for the purposes of the contract is recorded in a computerized file by the «INFINI BEAUTÉ» training organization and is used solely within the professional framework of the operations and services offered by the «INFINI BEAUTÉ» training organization to the customer. They are kept at least for the duration of the contract and / or for the duration provided by the regulations in force according to the obligations applicable to the training organization «INFINI BEAUTÉ» and are intended only for employees, collaborators and subcontractors of «INFINI BEAUTÉ» concerned for the processing of these data for the proper execution of the said Contract.
