5. Legal Warranties

5.1 Conformity
Services and training are subject to the conditions of the legal guarantees provided in articles L.211-4 to L.211-16 of the French Consumer Code. Therefore, in accordance with article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code, INFINI BEAUTE is obligated to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.

In case of a legal guarantee of conformity action:

In case of non-conforming delivery, you have up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery of the Products to take action. Furthermore, you are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the non-conformity defect during the six (6) months following the delivery of the Products.
