Skills targeted by the training cycle:

• Welcome the customer in a salon or spa to identify their specific needs for lymphatic drainage and body contouring by conducting a personalized consultation, obtaining informed consent after presenting contraindications, and adapting the protocol for individuals with disabilities to design a personalized and safe service.

• Prepare the workspace and necessary materials (massage table, linens, oils, cups, wooden utensils) to ensure optimal conditions for service delivery while respecting hygiene and disinfection protocols, ergonomic principles to prevent musculoskeletal disorders, and prioritizing the use of eco-responsible products and equipment

• Perform manual lymphatic drainage maneuvers On the entire body (anterior and posterior surfaces) to promote lymphatic circulation and toxin elimination by applying specific technical movements (gentle pressures, circular movements), adopting ergonomic work postures, and adapting positions for individuals with disabilities if necessary.

• Perform body contouring procedures manual and equipment-assisted treatments (wellness cups, wooden utensils) on targeted areas (legs, abdomen, arms) to improve the aesthetic appearance of the silhouette using the palpate-and-roll, kneading, and friction techniques, ensuring appropriate work gestures and postures to limit muscle fatigue and complying with hygiene and equipment disinfection rules.

• Adapt massage techniques real-time drainage and reshaping to optimize comfort and efficiency of the service by observing the client's verbal and non-verbal cues and adjusting pressure, rhythm, worked areas, and tools used according to their morphology and reactions

• Deliver personalized advice Post-treatment client follow-up to extend the effects of the massage and foster loyalty by offering recommendations on lifestyle, eco-responsible products, and session frequency adapted to their needs, while also gathering feedback to improve practices.
