What you will learn
First, you will discover the basics of Ayurveda and the principles of Ayurvedic massage. Next, you will practice specific manual techniques: deep stroking, kneading, gliding pressures, and rhythmic movements. These gestures promote circulation, release tension, and stimulate vital energy.
