Training monitoring protocol
1 – Objective
The purpose of this charter is to highlight and outline the value of a training action for the learners, their company (if applicable), and their training provider. This charter recalls the pedagogical purpose and the rights and obligations of each party in this context.
2 – Scope
This is about establishing a framework for the relationship between employees – learners or trainees, companies with their leader if applicable, and the training organisation during the training period. This charter does not replace the training contract, which it usefully complements. It has no binding force but constitutes the framework for a professional and respectful reciprocal relationship.
3 – Definition of training action
The training action is a period allowing the learner to acquire, deepen new skills, or even be introduced to their future profession. The training action is part of a process aimed at developing the learner's skills. It allows them to acquire know-how, interpersonal skills, and to put their training into practice.
4 – Implementation Framework
The training action is governed by a contractual training agreement signed between the company, if applicable, or the learner if their approach is carried out on a personal basis (for example, as part of their CPF) and the training provider. The training action must comply with the labour code regarding working hours and conditions. The learner must be provided with the best material conditions to carry out the training action for which they have been selected. If the approach is on an individual basis, funded by their own funds or their CPF, the learner must ensure they have the material conditions for carrying out the action. If this is not the case, they must report it to the training provider «INFINI BEAUTE» before the start of the action.
