Internal regulations of the training centre
The purpose of these regulations is to promote the smooth running of the training centre. The following provisions apply to all trainees at the training centre, regardless of their affiliation.
Article 1: Health and safety rules Students must observe basic rules of personal hygiene and dress. Any behaviour that undermines or is prejudicial to good morals, the smooth running of courses and the safety of trainees may be penalised by immediate exclusion from the course. It is forbidden to smoke or eat inside the buildings, or to bring alcohol or any other illegal substance into the training centre. A relaxation room can be made available for mid-day meals and breaks. Safety measures and instructions will be implemented in accordance with the signage in the training centre (fire extinguishers, evacuation plan, fire alarm, smoke extraction system, etc.). Any misuse or deterioration of warning or extinguishing equipment will be considered a serious offence. Trainees will be held financially liable for any damage caused if they fail to comply with these safety rules.
Article 2: Timetable Teaching lessons take place from Monday to Friday. As a general rule, and unless otherwise arranged, training hours are: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm. Training time is on average 7 hours and 45 minutes per day, and 4 hours on Wednesdays, making it 35 hours per week. In the event of any changes to the schedule, trainees will be notified in advance and must adhere to them. Morning and afternoon break times must be taken on site. During breaks, and for safety reasons, trainees must not loiter in the corridors or outside in front of the main entrance.
Article 3: Administrative Documents Interns may need to complete various administrative forms to validate their training. The administrative department will provide all necessary assistance, but they remain responsible for meeting deadlines, as well as for provision of documents for case file instructions.
Article 4: Responsibilities Trainees' vehicles must be parked according to the vocational training centre's instructions.
The training centre accepts no responsibility for loss or theft from vehicles, nor for equipment and effects. staff remaining on the premises.
Article 5: Discipline A daily attendance record shall be established by the training centre and signed by the trainees each half-day. The training centre will deduct absences from the attendance records which are submitted by the various administrations. Any breach the internship agreements require immediate notification to the employer.
When the director of the training organisation, or their representative, considers imposing a sanction that has an immediate or future impact on a trainee's attendance, the following procedure shall be followed:
1. The director or their representative shall summon the intern or apprentice, informing them of the purpose of the summons. This summons shall specify the date, time, and place of the meeting. It shall be in writing and sent by registered letter or handed to the person concerned against receipt. ;
2. During the interview, the intern or apprentice may be assisted by a person of their choice, notably the intern representative. The summons mentioned in point 1 shall state this right; ;

The representative indicates the reason for the proposed sanction and gathers the trainee's explanations. The employer, if applicable, is informed of this procedure, its purpose, and the reason for the proposed sanction. (Art R.6352-5 of the Labour Code) The sanction cannot be implemented less than one clear day nor more than fifteen days after the interview. It is subject to a written and reasoned decision, notified to the trainee or apprentice by registered letter or handed over against acknowledgment of receipt. (Art R.6352-6 of the Labour Code) When the behaviour has made a measure indispensable
temporary exclusion with immediate effect; no definitive penalty relating to this action may be taken without the procedure provided for in Article R.6352-4 and, where applicable, Articles R.6352-5 and R.6352-6 having been observed. (Art R.6352-7 of the Labour Code) The director of the training organisation shall inform the employer and the funding body of the penalty imposed. (Art R.6352-8 of the Labour Code)
Article 6: These internal regulations supplement any company regulations in which the training action takes place. The management of the vocational training centre is at the disposal of the trainees for any information necessary for the proper execution of these regulations. It reserves the right to make amendments to these regulations.
