Training center rules and regulations

The purpose of this regulation is to promote the smooth operation of the training center. The following provisions apply to all trainees of the training center, regardless of their affiliation. 

 

Article 1: Hygiene and safety rules Students must observe basic rules of personal hygiene and dress. Any behavior which undermines or prejudices good morals, the smooth running of courses and the safety of trainees may be punished by immediate exclusion from the course. It is forbidden to smoke or eat inside the buildings, or to bring alcohol or any other illegal substance into the training center. A relaxation room can be made available for mid-day meals and breaks. Safety measures and instructions will be implemented in accordance with the signs on the training center (fire extinguishers, evacuation plan, fire alarm, smoke extraction system, etc.). Any misuse or deterioration of warning or extinguishing equipment will be considered a serious offence. Trainees will be held financially responsible for any damage caused if they fail to comply with these safety rules. 

 

Article 2: Schedule Instructional courses take place from Monday to Friday. As a general rule and unless otherwise arranged, the training schedule is: 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM. Training time averages 7 hours and 45 minutes per day, and 4 hours on Wednesdays, totaling 35 hours per week. In the event of schedule changes, trainees will be notified in advance and must adhere to them. The schedules are applicable in the various training locations, including the vocational training center: Infini Beauté 4 rue Candide Couzin – 62380 Lumbres Tel: 03.21.11.29.35. 

Morning and afternoon breaks must be taken on-site. During breaks, and for safety reasons, trainees must not gather in the hallways or outside the main entrance. 

 

Article 3: Administrative Documents Interns may be required to complete various administrative forms to validate their training. The administrative service will provide all necessary assistance, but trainees remain responsible for meeting deadlines, as well as Provision of documents for case file processing. 

 

Article 4: Responsibilities Trainees' vehicles must be parked according to the vocational training center's guidelines. 

The training center accepts no responsibility for loss or theft in vehicles, nor for equipment and belongings. Staff left on the premises. 

 

Article 5: Discipline A daily attendance record shall be established by the training center and signed by the trainees each half-day. The training center will deduct absences from the attendance records which are sent by the various administrations. Any failure to comply internship agreements lead to immediate notification of the employer. 

When the director of the training organization or their representative considers imposing a sanction that has an immediate or delayed impact on a trainee's attendance at training, the following procedure shall be followed:

 

1. The director or their representative summons the intern or apprentice, indicating the purpose of the summons. The summons specifies the date, time, and place of the interview. It is in writing and sent by registered letter or handed to the person concerned against a receipt; ;

 

2. During the interview, the intern or apprentice may be assisted by a person of their choice, particularly the internship representative. The summons mentioned in point 1 shall state this right. ;

 

3. The director or his 

The representative indicates the reason for the proposed sanction and collects the intern's explanations. The employer, if applicable, is informed of this procedure, its purpose, and the reason for the proposed sanction. (Art. R.6352-5 of the Labor Code) The sanction cannot take place less than one clear day or more than fifteen days after the interview. It is subject to a written and reasoned decision, notified to the intern or apprentice by registered letter or hand-delivered against receipt. (Art. R.6352-6 of the Labor Code) When the action has made a measure indispensable 

interim exclusion conservatory with immediate effect, no definitive sanction, relating to this act, can be taken without the procedure provided for in Article R.6352-4 and, if applicable, in Articles R.6352-5 and R.6352-6, having been observed. (Art R.6352-7 of the Labor Code) The director of the training organization informs the employer and the funding body of the sanction taken. (Art R.6352-8 of the Labor Code) 

 

Article 6: These internal regulations supplement any internal regulations of the company where the training takes place. The management of the vocational training center is available to trainees for any information necessary for the proper implementation of these regulations. They reserve the right to make amendments to these regulations.
