Training follow-up protocol

Training follow-up protocol

1 – Objective

The purpose of this charter is to enhance and frame the value of a training program for learners, their company (if applicable), and their training organization. This charter outlines the educational purpose and the rights and obligations of each party in this context.

2 – Scope

This aims to establish a framework for the relationship between employees – learners or trainees, companies with their leaders if applicable, and the training organization during the training period. This charter does not replace the contractual training agreement; it usefully supplements it. It is not binding but constitutes the framework for a professional and respectful reciprocal relationship.

3 – Definition of the training action

The training program is a period allowing the learner to acquire, deepen new skills, or even be introduced to their future profession. The training program is part of an approach aimed at developing the learner's skills. It allows them to acquire know-how, soft skills, and to put into practice what they have learned in their training.

4 – Framework of action

The training action is governed by a contractual training agreement signed between the company, if applicable, or the learner if their initiative is taken on a personal basis (e.g., within the framework of their CPF), and the training organization. The training action must comply with the labor code regarding working hours and conditions. The learner must benefit from the best material conditions to carry out the training action for which they have been enlisted. If their initiative is individual and financed by their own funds or their CPF, the learner must ensure they have the material conditions for carrying out the action. If this is not the case, they must inform the training organization «INFINI BEAUTE» before the start of the action.
